NVC的"Choose an Agent"信件是寄给petiyioner还是beneficiary还是两者都寄？
-It will be sent to the petitioner because it is convenient for USCIS to that. But the form should be completed/signed by the beneficiary. The petitioner can be chosen as the agent.
如果只寄给beneficiary，那要寄到中国，可能要花费比较长的时间。请问有可能让NVC送电子邮件吗？
-It can be scanned and sent by email even if after it is been signed. Print it out using color printer.
