请教8老师：根据公布的7月的Visa Bulletin的情况，我的case今年还有可能绿吗？

－ PD: Apr 2nd, 2013

－ 485递交时间：Jun 2016 (EB3, downgraded from EB2)

－ 目前情况：485 pending RFE Medical Exam (已准备好但律师还没发出)

If yes, what's the best next step? Stick with EB3 and wait until Oct? Or relink to EB2 when it becomes current? Thanks!
