1.   Submit an English translations of the foreign language birth certificate you submitted for the applicant. All foreign language documents must be submitted with an English translation.

I have no idea whether your document translation meet the requirement or not. You may show your document to an immigrant lawyer and ask him/her suggestions. Here is some articles about the USCIS requirement for translation:

2.   The Sponsor’s Social Security Number on Page 4 of the petitioner/sponsor’s Form I-864, Affidavit of Support was not completed. The petitioner/sponsor must complete and return Page 4 of Form I-864.

我看了我交的I-864表的留底，明明把我的SSN打印的很清楚。为什么移民局还会这么说？
--Do it again and send them a new completed form and support documents.

真是莫名其妙！
