8老师，请教一下，上个月交了486/131/765，收到了131的rejection，因为表格忘了签名，现在决定重交，有两个问题： 1、最近484从6月1号开始不能提交，那131也必须在6月1号之前寄到么（485已经收到receipt）？
-Not have to. Any time is OK. 

2、重新提交131需要交费么？还是说跟之前一样不用交？ 谢谢。
-No fee by providing the copy of the I-485 receipt.
