8老师好！我去年B2来美，几个月前通过律师申请了庇护移民，已经去移民局按了指纹，正在等下一步的通知。现在有急事，下周要回国。律师事务所要我马上过去见面，但我没有时间过去，他们很生气，现在没有和律师事务所有联系。在这样的情况下，

1）我自己递交I-131（Application for Advance Parole）行吗？
-Yes if you have the asylum application receipt, but your asylum application case probably will be revoked if you leave US for China. Thus, you will not be allowed to reenter US even if you have the travel document. So, you had better talk to your lawyer.

如果不行，我就不用浪费575美元的申请费了。-Personally I don't suggest you to travel, especially to China where you claim you had suffered political persecution.

2）如果我不能自己递交I-131，律师能帮我递交吗？

3）如果现在递交I-131已经没有用（不管是自己递还是律师递），我或者律师应该做什么？

4）如果我这次回国违反移民法规，将来我兄弟（美国公民）还能帮我申请亲属移民吗？
-No problem, but you may not be allowed to enter US using B-2 visa anymore.
