老师，不好意思，又来麻烦您了。

我的PERM刚批，律师刚收到批准件，但是PERM上需要签字的公司负责人，即将离职。这位负责人跟我说，公司的老板将负责接下来步骤的签字。

我想请问，PERM批准件上的签字人需不需要一定是即将离职的负责人？
-Not have to if the person is no more in charge of the matter.

因为TA的名字已经在表格上了。

老板可以接替签吗？
-Normally the Director of HR needs to sign it. I don't know who is in charge of this issue in your company. So, you had better talk to the lawyer and ask the lawyer to talk to the employer.
