请问8老师I-485问题

我刚刚入籍。我妻子B-2来美，B-2已逾期45天。请问8老师：我妻子如果现在递交I-485, 会不会因为逾期被拒？如可能被拒，请问要填哪个表来申请 waive of overstay? 谢谢您！
