我帮我哥哥移民美国，等了13年。上个月12日在广州面谈。问了三个问题，移民官就说，恭喜，你批准了。但是到现在还没收到护照。 广州面谈批准后一般多久可收到签证，我要打电话去询问吗？谢谢！
