-If they want to file I-485 at this time, the must come back to US before end of June. Please note that the I-485 had better be sent out in advance one week before the end of June.

家人必须在美国的原因是不是因为体检的原因？
-No. They have to be physically present in US to be qualified for I-485 filing.

那么能不能中间回来一次做完体检后在回去？然后六月底之前入境美国，有没有影响？
-Not need to waste time and  money to do that. If they don't have time to do physical exam, just file I-485 and then, provide the physical exam report (I-693) later (USCIS will send you RFE for this document later).
