(1) 如果办延期获批, 会影响下次来美国入境吗?
-No.

下次入境要带什么别的材料吗?
-Bring the I-539 B-2 extension approval notice.

(2) 如果办延期不获批, 他们会在签证到期前离开, 会影响下次来美国入境吗?
-If they leave before their B-2 I-94 expires, then nothing will be affected. But if they leave after their I-94 expires, then their B-2 visa is invalid even if it does not expire yet. Thus, they need to apply for a new visa stamp to reenter US in the future.

下次入境要带什么别的材料吗?
-Bring the I-539 fling receipt notice and the denial notice if they leave after their I-94 expires. But if they leave before their I-94 expires, then they do not need to bring anything related to the extension.

(3) 如果在签证到期前, 延期申请还处于pending, 他们也会在签证到期前离开, 会影响下次来美国入境吗? 下次入境要带什么别的材料吗?
-No. Bring the I-539 fling receipt notice if they leave after their I-94 expires. But if they leave before their I-94 expires, then they do not need to bring anything related to the extension.
