8老师好！我是主申请人，提交485期间家人在国内，在提交最后期限前无法返回美国，我有几个问题:
1，这一次能不能带家人一起提交485？
-They have to be physically present in US to file I-485.
2，国内有没有移民局认可的医院?查到一个PDF是广州领事馆的，总共好像只有四家医院。
-They cannot do anything in China at this point.
3，如果这次不带家人一起提交，如果后面几个月排期倒退，她们是不是就得一直等到排期到达Current?
-Right. If they can come back to US and the PD is still current, then they can file I-485 after you get your I-485 receipt.
