请教8老师:  现在我的父母亲在美递交了绿卡申请，回美证 AP 一直还没下来。因为身体原因，他们现在着急回国。他们是不是必须等拿到 AP 后才能离境吗？
-Yes. They may just go to the local USCIS Office to apply for the emergency AP (bring the I-485 receipt and the I-131 receipt).

如果考虑放弃绿卡申请，拿之前的签证回去，是不是以后也有麻烦？他们现在已经超过了来美给的6个月停留时间。现有的10年赴美签证是否还有效？
-They may have trouble to reenter US using B-2 visa due to immigrant intent (I-485 filing).
