谢谢8老师啊，对不起，我更正一下，是2004年申请的，现在收到地址确认信，开始办手续，妹夫十年后过来，可以现在不给他交费，提供关于他的资料是吗？
-Correct. But your sister needs to file I-824 in the future (not now) for him to apply for the immigrant visa when he plans to immigrate to US using following-to-join benefits.

我外甥女超龄儿童，但是有名字，就直接交费了。
-Right. File DS 260 also.
