我给妹妹2014年办理了F4移民，现在收到NVC邮件通知，开始办理手续，我妹夫因为还没有退休，还有十年，所以打算这次不和妹妹及女儿一起移民。我的问题是，填写DS261，DS260时，不提交他的材料，会不会影响妹妹的移民申请？

另外是否需要婚姻公正呢？
-No. But her spouse needs to provide it when he applies for the immigrant visa in the future.


妹妹的女儿已经超龄，但是在保护期内，这次材料中有她的名字，还需要申请超龄保护吗？

-No. NVC has checked verified it.
