请教8老师，我妹的priority date is 9/22/2004. B表(date for filling family -sponsored visa application)已经发到11/15/2004了。  可是我还没收到。 应该如何做呢。 地址没变
-Contact USCIS to see whether they forwarded your I-130 to NVC or not. If no, ask them to do it as soon as possible. If yes, contact NVC for the case status.
