因为F1 reinstatement, 新的I20拖了很长时间才拿到，在此期间已经毕业了，因为拿到了新的I 20 才能申请OPT，以致OPT 被拒，信上说已经过了毕业后的60天，但可以在30天内reopen the case.
请教8老师， 在此情况下，reopen the case 有希望么？
-I don't think it is useful because it seems the denial is very reasonable due to late filing (more than 60 days after graduation).
学校说最好2周左右离境，想问是不是必须2周离境，能不能一个月左右，因为还有些事情要处理? 如果一个月左右离境会不会对以后入境有影响？
-Normally it is fine to leave within 30 days from the date the case was denied. You had better keep the denial notice and the departure evidences such as the airplane boarding card, entry stamp (on your passport) issued by the Chinese Customs officer. If necessary, show these evidences to the VO when you apply for the visa again.
