去年十一月底给父母申请绿卡，今天收到父亲补件通知， 大概意思是要求提供户口本公证或医院出生证明。
我和父母的出生公证都已提交，没有问题。
-Some IO does not trust the Chinese 出生公证 because they don't understand that most Chinese did not have 医院出生证明. You may do the family relationship certificate (家庭关系公证）and provide it togther with the copy of your birth certificate.
我家户口本上只有我父母， 没有我的名字， 我不知是否把户口本在这边公证一下提交是否可以。
-The problem is that the 户口本 does not have your name there, so it is not useful to justify your relationship with your parents.
父母其实不想长住，如果太麻烦想放弃绿卡申请回国，也不再来了。但是AD还没收到， I-94已过期，想问一下这样出关是否会被海关官员查问而可能误了飞机，父母不会英语，所以很担心被拦下。
-There is not problem for them to leave US, but because they filed I-485 (immigant intent), they may have trouble to use B-2 visa to reenter US in the future.
