请问 8 老师： 我母亲目前在美国，等485和回美证审批。在没有收到回美证之前可以回中国吗？多谢了！

-No. She has to have the approved AP in hand before leaving. If it is urgent, she may go to the local USCIS Office to apply for emergency AP.
