问题“如题”，即如果用AP入境，但没有激活EAD或没用EAD工作，那在美身份就还是H1B（而不是自动转成AOS），且无论是否用AP进出美国多少次？

-Tehnically, after you enter US using AP, your status is parolee, but you still can use the H-1 benefits to work for the employer, and you can reinstate your H-1 status any time by extending/transferring your H-1.
