8老师，我父母的绿卡申请已经于上个月底递交，今天打了指纹。申请的时候并没有申请131，请问现在还能申请吗？

-Yes if they received the I-485 receipt. They need to provide the copy of I-485 receipt notice with I-131 filing.

还是可以递交表格就行？我在网上看到只要485 pending 就可以不用交费 是这样的吗？一般来说申请时间是多久呢？
