他在美国申请不会影响他的F1签证吗？-If he leaves US, it probably will affect his F-1 visa application, but if he just do the F-1 transfer from one school to another or study in a graduate program within US, it should not be affected because such F-1 transfer or graduate study does not need USCIS approval.
