我住在旧金山湾区。2016年11月提交父母绿卡申请，2017年1月初去打指纹. 随后收到信件说要求提交体检表，随后会给出体检表提交地址。

可是现在已经3月中旬了，一点儿消息也没有。请问到哪里查询体检表提交地址

-You should have sent it together with I-485 fiing to avoid this trouble. USCIS will send you the RFE for this document some time later. Then, you can send it following the instructions in the RFE notice. Don't send it until you get the RFE notice.
