孩子（MINOR,非美国出生）被要求提供证明文件：

1. CERTIFIED TRANSLATION OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE。出生证为日本签发，本身已经是日英对照，除了政府盖章，签名部分，不晓得还要TRANSLATE啥。一定要用翻译公司么？

2. PROOF OF LEGAL ENTRY。孩子有H4签证的第一本护照在若干年前换发中国护照时领馆没有退还，手头只有i94. 请问这足够么？

-I don't know. Normally you need to provide the I-94, the visa stamp page and the entry stamp page from the passport.
