请教8老师，必须在140申请获得批准后换工作才能保持priority date 吗？

-As long as your I-140 is approved, then your priority date is set no matter whether you change job or not.

从目前进度看从最初开始办PERM 到获得140批准大约需要多长时间？非常感谢！
