For a moderate size of Chinese restaurant, what do I need from the employer to apply for a laber certificate?
-ETA 9098 must be filed by the employer or the lawyer who represents the employer. Before this form is filed, the position has to be advertised and the recruitment process has to be competed.
And is it possible to apply labor certificate without hiring a lawyer?-Yes if the employer knows how to do. But I still suggest to hire a lawyer because this is the most difficult part of the green card application process based on PERM.
