尊敬的8老师：
1）. 3/3收到移民局来信，说在2/28我的结婚移民485被拒，是因为我failed to submit an original or certified of the arrest report, indictment, complaint, or other charging document, any plea agreement, and the court order disposing of the case.
2）. 2/8 interview, officer就说要提供原始文件包括incident copy and court discosing document, 让我们RFE。
3）. 2/16 寄出RFE给移民局，包括律师证明信和一份incident report copy
事情的经过是这样的：2011年3月，我被arrest for grand theft, 并打了指纹 ( 我是被生意合作人诬陷偷他的货卖)。sheriff department detective 经过调查，这个案子是civil matter instead of crimal matter, 所以discharged， 所以也没有上庭。 当时的case是我的律师帮我处理的，只告诉我case discharge了，没事了，并留给我一份incident report copy和一份律师证明信。
这次RFE，我们去找当时的警察局希望能得到原始或certified资料，但警察局说他们没有我的资料，只有当时负责case的detective可能会有。我多次给警官留言希望能得到文件，但是一直没有回应。现在我怎么办才可以拿到移民局所要求的文件呢？移民局只给了我30天时间做motion to reopen, 请8老师指点迷津，不胜感激！！
