  1. 想按您上次建议的帮我妈妈申请B2 签证，同时放弃绿卡 交I-407表。我上移民局网站查了以下，好像现在只要在网上填DS-160表，再upload照片就好了，是吗？ 很久没有申请B2 visa, 所以不太清楚程序了。-Check the US Consulate website in China for the B-2 visa application procedure and the documents required.
  2. 因为有可能不需要面试，如果这样的话，是不是就不需要填Form I-407-Need to provide the completed I-407 personally (face to face) to the VO at the US Consulate. You can make the appointment for the B-2 visa application, and then apply for the B-2 visa and abandon the green card at the same time.
