3.  看来像您说的，提交了材料后，我们要联系美领馆，因为从现在到3/7 还有不到20天的时间了。材料目前还没有送到中信，如果再等收到领馆的 interview appointment notice 之后再去做，就来不及了。是否有可能interview 的时间会调整？
