1. 关于申请人的父母的信息, 我父母不记得他们父母的生日, 怎么办?

-Just put "Deceased" in the "Address" part and leave the "Birthdate" part blank.

2. 他们的父母都已去世, 还填 city and country of residence?-No. Put "Deceased".
