看了I130，说not eligible for adjustment in USA. 原因可能是：我太太F1身份去年有一个半月out of status, 原因是miscommunication. 我们file 了reinstate. 现在她的status reinstatement approved. 怎么把这个改过来呢 to adjust status in USA？谢谢

-Yes, she is qualifed for I-485 filing. After the F-1 status was reinstated, her status gap has been removed (i.e. it is equal to that she has never been out of status). She does not  need to report this in I-485, and just say "No" to the  related question.
