-No. Your employer needs to file I-140 after they get the PEREM approval. So, contact the employer/lawyer.

这个过程一般是多久？

-If your status is H-1 and your spouse's status is H-4, then he can file I-1765 application for H-4 EAD after I-140 is approved. If you use premium processing, the I-140 will be approved in 15 days, otherwise it may take several months for I-140 approval,  case by case.
