我是绿卡持有者，太太的130也已经批准，优先日期还没有到，但filing排期到了。下面就是485和约NVC，对吗？

-If she is living in US now, she just needs to file I-485, not NVC is involved.

另外，file 485后，有必要保持发移民身份吗？
