我们收到要求体检的RFE 的notice，信上说体检过期，需要重新递交693表格，并且写明了体检表格的回信地址。

我们是否要把收到的这张notice原件一起让医生放到体检信封里呢？

-Not at all! You just need to put the RFE Notice and the doctor's Physical exam report (i.e. I-693) envelop (which is sealed by the Dr.) together into the another larger envelop, and mail it out.

另外，不需要律师寄，我们自己可以寄，对吗？

-Right. Not need the lawyer.
