最近几年才离婚的。

-叫国内当地派出所出个证明，然后去公证处作个公证。Their marriage ctertificate is needed for the I-130 filing for your father. USCIS need to know whether you were born after your parents got married.  Your father also needs to provide teh copy of the divorce certificate.
