他爸是他在在美国的时候递交的130，离开时130已经通过了半年，并收到了approve notice，现在已经回国一段时间，在国内工作等排期，不知道是不是还要通知移民局？

-Just as I said in my above response, if his father indicated in the I-130 that he will apply for the immigrant visa in China, then do nothing and just wait for NVC to contact his father. If his father did not indicate that in the I-130, then his father needs to file I-824 to request USCIS to forward teh aprpoved I-130 to NVC for processing for the immigrant visa application in China.
