前幾天請教過老師關於9年前幫兄弟申請移民，現在我搬家需要改地址。您給我的uscls網站我改不了地址，打電話問USCIS，說我的petition has been approved.

現在case己轉到NVC, 要打電話到NVC那裏改地址，請問是這樣嗎？

-Yes. First ask NVC whether they have received your case in NVC system. If no, call USCIS. If yes, then ask NVC to update your address in NVC.

移民局那裏就不需要update address嗎？

-Correct. USCIS will not deal with this case anymore unless the US Consulate deny your brother's immigrant visa application.
