多谢Paul去年指出问题的所在-我的名字没有出现在老公的I-140上

如果可以适用follow to join的话，说明visa也是current，对吗？local uscis officer的意思是因为我的名字没有在老公的I-140上，没有其他人petition我的I-485,所以需要发I-130作为最基本的第一步。如果只有公民才可以同时发130和485的话，下周面谈时会跟officer再次确认。多谢提醒。我的485可以不要他人而自己petition吗？祝Paul鸡年吉祥！
