填写 i864ez 的第三个条件，the sponsored immigrant is the only person immigranting base on the underlying visa petition. 我为国内父母双双申请绿卡，分别提交 i130，我符合这个条件吗？不符合，是否就只需提交i864表就行了？ 请教8老师，谢谢。另外，缴纳$120的DS-261审核费，父母是否只需缴纳一份就行？
