这个问题对于申请配偶（K3）签证的也要回答， 还是不需要了 （只是申请K1的回答）？

-You still need to answer it. You can see "if you met your finace'(e) or spouse..."; and spouse is related K3 visa.

可不可以填写我在美国的地址还是一定要填配偶在中国的地址？

-You can put your name in "In Case of Name",  and the put your address there, but the problem is that if the US Consulate in Guangzhou, China contact your spouse, then they will send the letter to you in US. That is very inconvenient and the letter may be lost during the mail for such a long distance. So, it is better to use your spouse's address in China or a friend of yours' addess in China (put your firend's name in "In Care of Name" in this case).
