Local lawyer said it's better to get "An original official statement by the arresting agency or applicable court order confirming that no charges were filed.".

I have tried the central record of police department. There is no way to get their statement.

So my question is where I should try to get "applicable court order confirming that no charges were filed".

-Just provide the copy of the arrest record from the Police Departmentand the related documents from the court, and explain the case in the letter. That is all.
