8老师，您好，我的临时绿卡是2016年8月15日过期，我在2016年6月提交了2年换10年绿卡的申请，7月份收到I797延长一年的paper，也已经在7月份打好手印。我想在2017年5月底到小孩回国2个月过暑假，于7月底再回美国，想请教8老师一些问题：
1. i797延长一年是指我的临时绿卡延长一年，也就是说我的绿卡要到2017年8月15才过期，并不是是指我收到i797的时间延长一年（我是2016年7月收到i 797），对吗？

2. 只要携带i797延长一年的原件，过期临时绿卡，和有效护照是不是就可以入境美国了，我还需要去移民局盖一个章再回中国吗？还是再要准备什么材料吗？
3. 我打算回美国的时间是7月底，只比i797延长一年的期限提前了2个礼拜，这样入境会有问题吗？

4.如果我在中国期间，我的十年绿卡批下来，我还可以只凭i797 和临时绿卡入境吗？
-Yes. But I still suggest you to bring the I-751 filing receipt (I-797) and your passport to the local USCIS Office to get the green card stamp to travel in case the Chinese Customs officer does not know the rule well and give you trouble..
还是一定要凭十年绿卡入境？
