为父母申请绿卡问题 请教

在给父母办绿卡，父母在国内。请教8老师和各位两个问题：

1。我填的I-130 里把父母结婚日子写错了，表格已经寄去并收到了回执。父母结婚公证现在要寄去。请问现在我应该咋办？重新填一次Ｉ－１３０吗？需要向ＮＳＣＩＳ如何解释？

２。父母现在国内。请问在申请绿卡期间，在批下来之前他们还能来美吗？　还上要等到批准之后才能来？
