叫我等，还说不要自己主动交I-693或任何其他材料（"DO NOT MAIL DOCUMENTS AT THIS TIME. Mailing documents before receiving one of the notices refereneced above may result in a delay to your case."）。等到16年都结束了还没有任何动静，正常吗？
