我们一家是5年前入籍，当时孩子14岁，入籍时我和先生都办了一张入籍规化证明纸，但孩子没有办规化证明纸，但给孩子办了护照。现在孩子19岁，我们想给他补办一张入籍规划证明。请问该怎么补办？

-He can file N-600 to get the US citizenship certificate if he wants to (it is optional because he has had the US passport).

他现在超过18岁，要去考试吗？

-No.
