* Marriage and Divorce Certificates
My applicant has a marriage history,
does he need to submit EACH marriage certificate, or ONLY the current marriage certificate?
Also, does he need to submit EACH divorce decree, or ONLY the last divorce decree?
* Police Record – the local Public Security Bureau (PSB) for getting “Certificate of No Criminal Record”
> My applicant’s son is a citizen of China, but he has been a student in South Korea since 2012 (for ~4 years) and took summer and winter breaks at China (twice a year),
--should he get the police record from China only, or from South Korea only, or from both?
> While, my applicant’s wife is a Hong Kong resident, but she has worked in mainland China since 2000 (for ~16 years),
--should she get the police record from Hong Kong only, or from mainland of China only, or form both?
