这两天我们也在咨询各个方面的意见，也有建议我们去上诉的。因为重新申请的总费用高于$700, 而且要重新背景调查，因为背景调查是没有时限的，也不知道要等多久。。

当然也有建议重新申请n400的。想问问8老师能给我们讲讲关于您建议重新申请n400，主要有哪些原因呢？
