申请了快一年半了，面试也快半年啦。天天上网查还是Fingerprint fee was received。感觉这个永远不会变了。

我爸妈想回家过年，我给他们递了回美证申请。12月17号打的receipt。一个月能办完吗？觉得再等下去，全家都要抑郁了。所有人都特为对方着想，每天都好累啊。

如果1月17号收不到这个回美证，他们能先回国吗？

-No. They may go to the local USCIS Office to apply for the emergency advance parole. Bring their passport, I-485 receipt and the I-131 filing receipt.

我这边收到再给他们寄回去行吗？

-No.
