"You filed N400 on 22JAN2016." ""Here N400 page one states you are at least 18 yrs old and have been a PR of US for at least 3 yrs..... and your spouse has been a US citizen for the last 3 yrs AT THE TIME of filing your N400."
"You should wait to at least 19APR2016 to filed N400"

my wife got her green card since 18Feb2008, USCIS received her n400 on 20NOV2012, she passed her n400 interview on MAR2013, and become US citizen 19APR2013. AT THE SAME USCIS FIELD OFFICE!

请问一下各位前辈有试过上诉吗？

还有哪些途径呢？thanks
