我一个朋友通过律师申请绿卡，同时递交了140，485，和AP，EAD申请。AP和EAD已经批了，但是当初准备的很匆忙材料准备的很粗糙，我朋友怕140不批。目前140还是pending
1. 可以再交一个140吗（同一个申请人）？
