8老师关于所需提供文件请教

1.485申请被退回两次。case status上说we rejected your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, because it was not filed correctly. 所需文件就是上面所列的吗？还需要其他文件吗？我放了I-131和I-765 form,和其他文件。可能非必需的文件放的太多了。想跟您确认只是需要以下文件吗？

-It is very simple, not need lawyer. Provide the completed I-485 and G-325A,  the copy of your spouse's green card (both front and back sides), the copy of I-140 approval notice, the copy of I-485 approval notince, the copy of your marriage certificate, copy of your birthdate ceritificate, copy of your passport information page with the visa page and entry stamp page, your current I-94 (print it out online at: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home), and I-693 physical exam.“
